Pilates is for all ages, gender and fitness levels. Pilates helps to challenge deep abdominal muscles to support your back; it helps to restore postural alignment, reduce stress and relieve tension. Pilates compliments athletic training and Post-Rehabilitation as well as the development of functional movement for everyday activities.  Susan has training in Pre and Post Natal classes as well as offering a Special Conditions class for those with Fibromyalgia and severe Arthritis. In addition to regularly scheduled classes, Private and Semi-Private lessons are available on request.
