Ballroom is one of the most popular leisure time activities in the world. Ballroom dancing is more than a hobby, open the door to a healthy lifestyle while having a fun and healty exercises for the brain & the  body. People at all ages can learn to dance, you know how they said: ” if you can walk, you can dance”. While developing your dancing skills, you should not be surprised of many benefits of dancing:

Learn how to dance: (North American Style) Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, Salsa, Mambo, Rumba, Meringue and Eastern Swing.   Private and group lessons are available.

Private Lessons are designed to develop timing and techniques in all Social Dances selected by the student. Private lessons are by far the fastest way to learn how to dance at students rate of time. The styling will make you look and feel comfortable on the dance floor and strengthen your lead and following regardless of your partner.

Group Lessons are an important supplement to your private instruction. They give you the opportunity to meet other students in the studio. In Group Lesson you learn technique, style and variation of pattern.

Wedding program

Learning to dance for your wedding is a special gift that you and your spouse-to-be can give to each other. Feeling confident and poised when you dance together will ensure that your very first dance together as wife and husband will be a memory you will cherish forever. Don’t wait until the last moment. Give yourself enough time to surprise your guests with a first dance that is exclusively yours.


Q: What should I wear?
A: Comfortable, informal clothing is recommended. You should wear any comfortable indoor shoes that have leather sole, but not running shoes or outside shoes because rubberized soles stick to the floor and restrict your ability to move.

A: The desire to dance is one of the most primitive instincts of mankind. Dancing is for all ages and levels of ability: it’s a safe and natural step to good health, fun and healthy exercises for the brain & the body, it helps you stay youthful, helps you to develop a better posture as well as boost your self-confidence, helps you to build stamina and sense of balance, but also bring joy and laughter into couples.

A: Usually depends on a number of factors; how proficient you want to be; which dance you want to learn;

A:  North American Style:  Standard/Smooth and Rhythm/Latin
Smooth: Slow Waltz, Foxtrot, and Tango, Viennese Waltz
Latin: Rumba,  Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, Merengue, Mambo, Salsa

Q: Do I need a partner?
A: Yes, you do need a partner.
